1st Grade Chicka Chicka 1,2,3

We read one of my very favorite books yesterday, Chicka Chicka 1,2,3.  After the story, we created our very own trees using our handprints.  1st graders LOVE getting their hands painted...it makes them giggle, tickle, and smile.  I hear lots of "EWWW", "It's Cold", "It's Slimy", etc.  It's the one and only time I allow paint ON our bodies :)
